Can we keep charging some families a manual fee?
Yes. A fee plan is optional per enrolment. Enrolments without a plan keep their manual monthly fee, and both bill through the same cron.
Do parents need an account?
Parents receive a login for the web portal and the app. They can also pay through the link in the invoice email without logging in.
Is our medical data visible to coaches?
No. Diagnoses, clinical notes and treatment details are column-gated to the medical role. Coaches see availability and expected return only.
What happens if we grow into a club?
The owner can graduate the tenant to ClubCore Pro from Settings. Nothing is migrated and nothing is lost; more modules appear.
