Service

ClubCore is provided as a monthly subscription per organisation, in the edition and tier chosen in Settings. Trials last 14 days and require no card.

Your responsibilities

You keep the roles you assign accurate, obtain the consents your jurisdiction requires for minors and medical data, and use the safeguarding tools as intended.

Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability on the production environment and publish incidents on request.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from Settings. Access continues to the end of the paid month; a lapsed tenant keeps read access to core records for export.
