What we store

Player, staff, guardian and organisation records your tenant enters, plus the audit trail of changes. Medical fields are stored encrypted at rest and column-gated to medical roles.

Minors

Records of players under eighteen are created and controlled by the organisation with a linked guardian. Guardians can request a copy or correction through the organisation.

Marketing forms

Demo and contact requests store the details you enter so we can reply. We do not sell or share them. Ask [email protected] to delete them.

Processors

Hosting on Railway and Supabase, payments by Stripe, email by our SMTP provider, optional wearable and football-data providers you enable.

Retention and export

Data is kept while the tenant is active. Owners can export the whole tenant at any time and request deletion at the end of service.
